All sponsorships available to our members will be updated in our Homepage. For those members who have no access to internet, the announcement can be sent to them by mail. Such members are required to send to the Secretary five return-mail envelops with stamps for this purpose and supply more again when the stock is used up.
HONG KONG GERIATRICS SOCIETY
New Logistics for allocating sponsorship from commercial companies to members
- All sponsorships from commercial companies should be sent to the Society directly - no specification of particular candidate is allowed.
- The council members will vote for the applications of sponsorship according to the criteria set below.
- The sponsorship can be in the form of donation of a lump sum of money or a pre-arranged program including travel fees and accommodation arrangement etc.
- All money received from any such sponsorship should be set aside by the Society as Training & Development Fund and not for other purposes.
- The availability of sponsorship and invitation of application would be mainly announced through our Home Page and in our Newsletter if time allows.
- For those members who have no access to internet, the announcement will be sent to them by mail. Such members are required to send to the Secretary five return mail envelops with stamps for this purpose and supply more again when the stock is used up.
